Our History
Weston Station is a concept designed by Mark Weston. The desire is to bring a high quality of food & service to the Alexandria area. Thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry provides the knowledge needed to successfully execute a restaurant of high quality for anyone to enjoy. The concept is simple & is designed to educate each guest on new & different foods. An open kitchen dining area is one of the most popular concepts in the nation. It has been a proven success that people like to see their food being prepared and watching the energy it takes to feed a full restaurant. This concept also offers the guest the opportunity to see the food in its raw state before it even goes to grill or sauté.

Our location, just off Highway 27, 3 miles east of Alexandria is in a convenient location for all traffic between Osakis & Alexandria. As a restaurant we offer only the highest of quality in all our food products.
  Concept of Our Menu
The concept is to focus on quality preparation of all the food we offer. These specialties include sauces made from scratch, using reductions of stocks, cream, wines, liquors and juices as well as roasted fruits and vegetables. The menu also features popular seafood such as coldwater lobster and shrimp. Besides our regular menu, our daily specials will feature fresh seafood from around the world, depending on where the fishing is at its best. These items will not appear on the menu and will be featured as daily specials.

All cuts of meat will come from Angus beef. Our beef is so exceptional that it is certified by the USDA Grading Service to meet the Certified Angus Beef Program’s rigid standards for excellence in marbling, texture and firmness. It’s the top of the line beef that’s always tender, always juicy, always in the best of taste.

We are among a select few restaurants in the United States to offer you ANGUS BEEF. ANGUS BEEF is the highest quality beef available, with standards even more selective than USDA Choice and Prime.

Concept of Dining
The main kitchen is in the center of a dining area and will be the first attraction each guest sees as they enter the restaurant. In this area guests will have the opportunity to see their food being prepared or dine in the train dining car. Quality guest service is the most important part of our service.
